Nichole Manning, Attorney

Nichole has practiced law in Illinois, Arkansas, and Texas over the last ten years assisting clients with cases in areas including, but not limited to, business formation, employment law, family law, probate, criminal defense, consumer bankruptcy, and corporate litigation. She takes pride in her personal approach to each client’s unique situation with a keen attention to detail.

Prior to landing in North Texas, Nichole received a B.A. in Psychology from Winona State University (Winona, MN). After gaining valuable experience in individual counseling and the business sector, Nichole pursued her childhood dream of attending law school. While working as a vendor for a large retailer, clerking for the City prosecutor, and coordinating cases for the Innocence Project, she attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, receiving her law degree in 2007. Immediately thereafter, Nichole moved to Chicago where she obtained experience with an Am Law 100 firm and ventured into a successful private practice.

The desire to return to the south came after her daughter reached school-age (and after a particularly brutal Chicago winter). Nichole looks forward to working through legal issues with businesses and individuals as she integrates into the North Texas community.

Nichole is a busy mother of two daughters, ages 9 y.o. and 3 months, so spare time is exceedingly elusive.  However, when she can, she enjoys cooking/baking, playing tennis, hiking with their Aussie, “Daisy Mae”, attending the theater/symphony/ballet, trying new restaurants, and travel.

Nichole joined the firm in 2018 and became Managing Attorney in 2019.
