Bimal Saraiya has been assisting businesses in legal matters in Plano and surrounding areas for over five years. His philosophy is to provide client-centered representation that is aggressive and thorough.
Bimal received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Purdue University. After gaining valuable experience in the software industry, he later went on to law school at Texas Tech University, where he received his law degree in 2009. Immediately upon graduation, Bimal passed the Texas Bar exam in February of 2010, followed by the Colorado bar exam in July of 2010, and the California bar exam in February of 2014.
Bimal has an immense amount of experience in the software development and IT fields. While working at i2 Technologies and Meisel, he worked with such clients as Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, IBM, Nike, and Pepsi. He specializes in optimizing business operations and designing and implementing IT infrastructure. He remains particularly passionate about the field of data and knowledge management. Outside of his law practice, Bimal offers software development, IT & business consulting, and real estate management services.
Bimal enjoys working with startups and helping them grow from a simple idea into a thriving business. He takes a personal interest in each one of his clients, and goes to conferences and seminars that pertain to their business or product to obtain a deeper understanding of his client’s needs.
Currently, he represents a wide variety of businesses and tailors his advice to the needs of each individual client. He considers himself a partner in his client’s success.
Bimal throws himself as passionately into his pastimes as he does his work. Among other things, he enjoys making and eating desserts, working on construction projects, following college sports, especially the Purdue Boilermakers, doting on his niece and nephew, catching up on the latest TV, and spending time with his friends and family.
